A Host of Golden Daffodils...and Tulips

I thought a Spring Bouquet was a fitting post today - inspired in part by a lovely display about a mile from my house.

Each Spring I am reward with this lovely display as I drive into town.

Many, many, many years ago the G-- planted a few daffodils beneath their Oaks.

They have slowly spread...

and naturalized...

and now thrive!

I think there are just two types - a few true yellows

but most are a subtle cream...

It's a lovely sight each Spring...and something the neighbors generously share with anyone who takes the time to look!
A Host of Golden Daffodils!
