Reindeer and Chickadee

I'm back working on this Heart in Hand reindeer again.  I've run out of the floss to finish the back leg.  I've ordered more and hope the dye lot is 'true'.

Not many birds as of late. 

A Quail family came by, with Papa standing guard.

And a chatty little Chestnut-backed Chickadee flew in.

I did not manage to get a photo of him 'talking'.

But I did get a couple of nice shots of this bright-eyed bird.
