Slowly, but surely few more hummingbirds are showing up.
Here's a young Anna's with bill yellow with pollen.
And here's a young Rufous. The verbena bonariensis is a favorite even though the blossom are tiny, tiny, tiny.

ReplyDeleteSilly me, I would have never noticed yellow pollen on a hummers beak. Thanks for sharing and pointing that out. I will try to keep a better look at my hummers. Great photos today (as always).
