I'm not seeing as many bunnies as I did earlier in the summer.
And there are just 3 or 4 chipmunks hanging out around the Big Woodpile.
There is one lurking on the Front Porch. Parvati is most interested in it and I fear it will meet with a bad end.
The deer are quintessential autumnal creatures with their coloring.
The twins bedded down on a cold, foggy morning.
And here they are with their Mom.
At least once a week, we have a Deer / Cat Confrontation.
Pushing and shoving to get a closer look.
Maybe getting a little too close!
If I don't look...
...I cannot see you and thus you are not there!
The last picture cracks me up! :D
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely
ReplyDeleteAnimals are incredible.
Today in Italy and Europe it is a dog day :-)
What great pictures of thee deer! I hope Parvati's hunting skills are poor! We still have lots of chippies and several new litters of red squirrels.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I hope the deer and cat encounters are never scary. Love the pics!
ReplyDeleteLOL! on the captions ;) Made me spit my coffee because that is SO a cat. Praying that Parvati does not mete out a bad end for the chipmunk...but I'd have to agree probably not a good outcome in the future...my cats are going bonkers watching the chipmunks gather acorns from our tree...I'm quite certain if I allowed them outside there would be several bad endings...
