My sister and I finally made a visit to the Lane County Farmers' Market on Saturday.
It was a cold gray morning and the market was not very busy.
As I am easily amused, even the names of the vendors can bring a smile to my face.
A super selection of tomatoes, though it is still too cold to plant them out. My sister did by several sets of onions and she will get them planted today.
Lots of radishes
Organic eggs
Pleione Orchids
Very pretty, but they like wet summers and dry winters and we have the opposite.
Bouquets
Spring onions
Here's a new one - have you ever heard of Bietola?
Bouquets
And further bouquets
And still more!
New potatoes and baby carrots.
Herbs and onions
Another amusing vendor name
Appropriately named Easter Egg radishes.
It was good to be back at the market!
Looks wonderful! Love all the flowers and pretty colors!
