Tuesday Tidings

Continuing with my virtuous theme, I thought I'd kit up "Faith 1708".

Monday dawned damp and cold and foggy...

The Scrub Jay's downy feathers were all puffed up.

Papa Quail was all puffed up too.
He also was supervising his flock...

The rest of the group was busy checking out a bunny.

The bunnies and the quail seem to coexist peaceably.

Though I think the bunny looks a bit overwhelmed...

...or is he disgruntled?

"Can't you give a guy a bit of space?"

"Seriously, birds - a little elbow room, huh?"

  5. Poor bunny looks a bit put out - not like the squirrel in our garden a few days ago - the birds couldn't get to the seed because of it and even when the magpie pecked it's tail it wouldn't give an inch of ground.

And may I say, my children would say that the quail "are getting up in the rabbits junk"! LOL!
